We provide Physical Therapy in the home to assist with optimizing functional mobility within clients’ home environment. Utilizing evidence-based research to guide interventions provides for the most optimal care and assists with better functional outcomes. Incorporating a patient centered approach at all times also assists with achieving the clients’ desired goals and maintaining their quality of life.
