We provide nursing mobility training/in-services focusing on gait training, transfer training and overall functional mobility. These in-services/training sessions equips the nursing staff with the proper skills to ensure patients are trained properly prior to discharge home after outpatient surgery. These inservices/training are “hands-on” and nursing staff are encouraged to practice and demonstrate skills competently.
